Xanxus Metal Company extends a 7-day Return/Exchange Policy for all products purchased directly from Xanxus. Return/Exchange/Refund of the purchased product is only eligible when the product is deemed malfunction due to the mistake of Xanxus metal company or the original defeat of the product itself.

Products may be returned for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase provided that the product is "Defective Out of the Box" and is returned in the original box with all original packing materials including manuals, and all accessories enclosed in that carton and packing slip properly packed. Xanxus reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any of the original materials are missing. After 7 days, parts may only be returned for an exchange.

Your return request WILL NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions: -

1. Return request is submitted over 7 days after the date product is received;
2. Product is scratched, contaminated or stained;
3. Product, its packaging and/or its accessories have been used, damaged, consumed or are incomplete;
4. Warranty card, user’s manual and/or purchase invoice are missing;
5. Product is damaged due to improper usage/operation;
6. Product has been altered.

Exchange or Return Process:

In order to initiate the return or exchange process, you must first obtain a Return Request Form (RRF) from Xanxus through email. All returns request should be FAX to + 852 - 2142 7133 OR Email to : info@xanxusmetal.com.  with following supporting documents:

• The filled RRF
• Xanxus Invoice copy (within 7 days from issuance)

After receive the return/exchange application, representative from Xanxus will contact you to follow up your request. If the return request is made due to the malfunction of Xanxus product during normal use, the customer may send it back to our office in Hong Kong. The customer shall pay for the freight charge to Xanxus. After inspection, and ensured not due to the defaulted reasons of Term 2, Xanxus Metal Company shall repair and send the functioning product(s) to customer. Xanxus Metal Company will be responsible for the freight charge to the customer.

 In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
